Precious Waters, born in Atlanta, Georgia, to Charles Dozier and Dorothy Thomas, is a Kingdom leader, entrepreneur, wife, mother and grandmother. After nearly two decades in corporate America, she felt called to a new path, resigning in 2005 to pursue a career in real estate—a field she views as an extension of her ministry.

In 2014, Precious Wates answered the call to Minister. In 2016, she founded Sisters Praying With Power, Inc., an organization devoted to guiding individuals toward personal and spiritual growth through faith and action. Through her conferences, Precious Waters empowers others to pursue their God-given purposes.

Her spiritual journey deepened in 2023 when, sensing a profound calling, she sought the counsel of Apostle Elisa Lashell Harney. This led to her commissioning as a Pastor in January 2024. Precious Waters now serves as a pastoral leader within the Called To Cover Licensing Ministry of The Grow Gathering.
